Returns & Refunds

UNOPENED AND UNUSED GOODS

 

We believe you will be very satisfied with the product you have purchased and service received from Face of Man, however, if you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund or exchange any item purchased in its original, unopened and unused condition.  Should you elect to return the product, please email us at info@faceofman.com.au with your order number and written request for a refund or exchange within 10 business days of the receipt of the product.  Due to hygiene requirements, we are unable to exchange or refund goods that have been opened or used in any way.

 

Once we receive your email request we will issue you with instructions on how to return the product to us. Please note that you are responsible for the delivery costs associated in returning the goods to us and ensuring that the package has the appropriate insurances and tracking ability.  Upon receipt of your returned goods and once we are satisfied that the goods are still in an unopened, unused and original condition, we will process a refund of the cost of the product only via the original method of payment or promptly send you the exchanged product as requested. If an exchange product is out of stock, we will process a refund.

 

Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days after the receipt of the returned products.  If your exchange product is of a higher value, we will request payment of the difference. Please note that the delivery costs associated with sending you the exchange product will be charged to you.

 

GOODS DAMAGED OR FAULTY ON DELIVERY

 

All products are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers, however, if you receive a product that is damaged or faulty please notify us within 10 business days describing the issue with the product by email at info@faceofman.com.au.  Once we receive your email request we will issue you with instructions on how to return the product to us as your options for a replacement product, or if the product is not in stock an alternative product, store credit or refund of the product price and delivery cost. Once your products are received by us we will inspect them to ensure that they are faulty or damaged and if so, process your exchange or refund. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days to process after the receipt of the returned products. We expect that the receipt of a damaged or faulty good will rarely occur! we do not offer refunds on products after 10 days
