Emma joined Face of Man in September 2014, bringing a wealth of experience in management, particularly in the hair and beauty industry. Emma has worked as an account manager at SA Hair for over 3 years, Nail and Beauty Supplies, held management roles in the hospitality industry, and is also a qualified hairdresser.
In her day-to-day life, Emma loves to live a healthy lifestyle, hang out with her dog Baxter, and catch up with family and friends. She’s also passionate about helping others and raising money for charities.
Following her passion for the beauty industry, Kat joined the team with over 11 years of experience as a beauty therapist and manager and has been co-manager at Face of Man for over 5 years. Qualified by CIBTAC and holding an international qualification of CIDESCO, Cathriona loves to educate and be educated, constantly doing training courses in management.
When she is not at work running the salon, Kat likes to keep fit by seeing her PT, running, and doing head stands. During her holiday, she loves travelling to new countries, an education of a different level!
Renata finds fulfillment in seeing the physical and emotional transformation in clients who undergo a skin journey. Having had bad acne herself, she can empathize with clients who struggle with the horrible feeling of being very self conscious and wanting to hide their face. Fortunately, with the advanced development in skincare and paramedical skin treatments, the need for strong medications has diminished. Renata loves performing resurfacing and anti-ageing treatments, such as “Clear and Brilliant” and A-Zyme Peel, as well as getting rid of unwanted body hair using the Candela GentleLASE Laser.

After having acquired her certification from the Sydney College of Skin Care in 2010, Emily has truly found her passion in the beauty therapy industry, changing careers from nursing to becoming an internationally qualified skin technician and using advanced machinery to treat many different skin conditions. Emily’s previous struggle with sensitive, pigmented, and congested skin inspired her to combine her own techniques and advanced qualifications to assist others with achieving their personal goals. For Emily, “It is the most rewarding feeling to make someone’s day for a living.”
Emily is also skilled in Spa Therapy and Massage Therapy, including deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, Chinese pressure point, lymphatic drainage remedial massage, as well as spiritual healing. Sheis a firm believer that mind, body, and soul all complement each other, and that it is essential to take care of your future. Stepping outside of her soothing day spa world, she steps into her creative recording space with her band, selling her artwork, and undertaking epic adventures.
Nicky is a new staff member of Face of Man in 2016, specialising in skin-care and skin treatment. Having 5 years’ experience in the beauty industry, she has found her passion as a derma therapist. She believes that knowledge is key to the solution, and through treatment she educates each client in achieve the best results through tailor-made solutions. When she is not working she enjoys working out in order to keep fit, as well as enjoying fine dining and spending time at the movies with her friends.
Miriam is the newest addition to face of man’s staff, she is originally from Italy. She has been working in the Wellness environment in Italy and Switzerland for 15 years as a Massage therapist
She moved to Sydney two years ago, because She saw it as a beautiful opportunity to grow both as a person and professionally.
Here she has worked within a large hotel chain as a Massage therapist specialising in body work and deep tissue massage
She is an ambitious and positive person. During her whole life she has always tried to improve herself and find her balance: thanks to this, She is able to infuse enthusiasm in everything she does. Miriam loves her job and, based on her experience, she can say that one of the most important things is to create a positive energy with clients and with people you are working with.
