First visit?

To ensure that you make the most of your treatment:

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time to fill out a consultation form and be assigned a locker if it is required.
Your health and comfort is important, so if you have any illness, special requirements,
allergies or are currently taking any medication please notify us.

Please feel free to arrive earlier for your appointment to take advantage of the steam room or shower, where we have
exclusive toiletries for you to freshen up. We do ask that you inform us in advance so we can ensure availability.

Please be mindful of the relaxing atmosphere and silence your personal and work mobile devices upon entry to the Grooming Lounge.

Security access is provided after 7pm and Saturdays, so please use the intercom at the entrance to Watson House.

DEPOSITS AND CANCELLATION POLICY

The treatments you select at the Grooming Lounge are reserved for you. Therefore a 50% deposit
or Gift Certificate number is required to secure all reservations.

Deposits Are Non-Refundable.

We require the courtesy of more than 24hrs notice of a cancellation to redeem your deposit. A text message will be
sent prior to the 24hrs as a reminder for your ease, simply reply “Yes” or “No”. ‘No Show’ of appointments
will forfeit deposit or 50% of a Gift Certificate.
